2.1 The price of all Goods shall be the price displayed on the Website. Whilst Foot-Well endeavours to keep the Website up to date and error-free, on occasion pricing errors may occur. If Foot-Well discovers such an error after you have submitted an order, you will be contacted by (Foot-Well) prior to accepting your order with the correct pricing details.
2.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT, which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date that you pay for the Goods, but exclude the cost of delivery which shall be paid by you(for orders less than £50 or next day terms). Further, information on Foot-Well’s delivery charges can be found here.
2.3 In the event that the Goods that you order are unavailable, we reserve the right to provide you with substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.
2.4 You can pay for the Goods using any credit or debit card as well as American Express.
