EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item if you are not completely satisfied with it. You have a right to return Goods to us within 14 days of delivery of the Goods to you. ALL goods returned to us must not have been worn outside, they must be in perfect condition with labels intact. Accessories should also be sealed in original packaging and un-used. For customers who are returning shoes we can only accept shoes that are in perfect, as new condition and have only be tried on around the house (again with full packaging and labels intact). We appreciate that you will need to try footwear on and walk around the house but please ensure you do not walk outside in them as we are unable to refund if there are signs of wear.
A returns form is sent out with each delivery (please complete it giving the information required by us to process the return plus stating the reason you wish to return the item). Please send unwanted goods back to us at our returns address:

Please go to the Post Office to return the item as RECORDED DELIVERY. You will then receive at your Post Office a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING which proves that you have returned the goods to us. Please keep this CERTIFICATE OF POSTING as proof of your return. We cannot refund any item until we receive it and inspect it at the correct postal address. Once we receive your returns we will EXCHANGE the goods within 4-5 days or REFUND within 14 days.
Please note that the postal costs that you incur in returning goods to us cannot be reimbursed by us, as is typical policy for ALL online shoe retailers.
In the case of damaged items please ensure that these are returned to the address above within 14 days with your completed returns slip. For faulty items please return to us at the address above as soon as you become aware of the fault. If you no longer have your returns form, please print out a copy of your mail confirmation you received when purchasing. For goods that are either damaged or faulty, Foot-Well will offer you a replacement or a full refund (whichever you prefer) and you will be reimbursed for your postage costs. We will provide your refund as soon as possible (but please allow 14 days).
