PAYMENTS
Foot-Well accept the following credit and debit cards for payment of goods:
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo and American Express
Our website shopping service is a secure, encrypted connection enabling you to buy online worry - free. Although this service is 100% secure. You may also feel that you need more advice or guidance about particular products and we are always happy to help. To make card payments online, you must be the cardholder and give the registered card holder's address.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, all orders are inclusive of VAT.
Please note that we do not deliver outside the UK.
At Foot-Well our policy is only to take payment from you on the day of dispatch of your goods. This means that should your goods not be in stock at the time of ordering, you will not pay for them until they become available and are shipped to you, which we believe to be the fairest way to handle customer tranactions.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please print this for your records. If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

DELIVERY SERVICE
Foot-Well will endeavor to dispatch Goods ordered within the timescales given in the table above. However, during exceptionally-busy periods, dispatch times can be up to 7-10 working days. Where this is the case we will contact you to let you know of revised delivery date. Be assured that we always aim to get products to you quickly, with most customers waiting far less than the stated standard times outlined in the table above. However, if we cannot dispatch and deliver your goods within the stated standard times, we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom from 1st August 2007.
Our packages are delivered to you by Royal Mail on a RECORDED DELIVERY basis. This means that if you are not available to accept your package, the ROYAL MAIL will leave you a card to go to your local depot to SIGN FOR and collect your goods. Please note that since a signature is required, the Royal Mail cannot leave your package hidden somewhere on your property when you have not signed for it. However, you can leave instructions for a neighbour or relative to sign for your package, but this must be clearly stated on our order.
If after 10 working days you have not received your goods, The likely reason is that for some reason the Royal Mail have not left you a calling card, in this instance please go to your local depot where you will be able to recover your goods on proof of ID (driving licence for example). If after visiting your local Royal Mail depot you still cannot trace your package, which is very unlikely, then please feel free to call us at this stage.
Please note that the risk of Goods will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to you.
